Dedicated Support Website

The Camping Club's dedicated support website is aimed mainly at support for our commerial members and can be found on www.CampingClubSupport.com. The dedicated support website includes:

a support request "ticket" submission to track all support issues to resolution
a searchable knowledge basis of frequent questions and answers
a news section
and of course the "live chat" facility
Registered users of the support site can also submit support issues by email.

However Individual Members can use the support website to report broken links, website errors or other support issues.

General Enquiries

If your a campsite, touring park, holiday park or other holiday venue we strongly recommend you use the Camping Club support website for all contact with the club. That way your support issues are tracked to resolution.
